Expoglider’ safety system in the high ropes course

The climbing garden is equipped with one of the safest rope systems - the Expoglider. Climbers are hooked in at the entrance and have to go through the entire course to be ‘unhooked’ again. The climber does not even have to unhook the system or re-hook himself during the entire time. This makes the course very child-friendly and, above all, beginner-friendly.

Minimum age, height and declaration of consent

• Persons under the age of 18 require a completed declaration of consent from their legal guardian.
• Children under the age of 14 may only enter the high ropes course if accompanied by a parent or guardian. (Parents/guardians do NOT have to climb with them!)
• The minimum height is 1.10 metres; minimum age 5 years.

High ropes course opening times:

The high ropes course is open seasonally from Easter until the end of the autumn holidays.

* Deviating opening hours / weather / darkness:
In bad weather (rain / danger of slipping) and temperatures above 30°C, climbing is not possible for safety reasons - the high ropes course may remain closed on days with a corresponding weather forecast or close earlier at short notice. A different closing time is also possible, depending on the onset of darkness.
